GoodEarth was initiated by a group of passionate architects and engineers in the late eighties who wanted to explore alternate development sensitive to the environment and the people. They were inspired by Laurie Baker’s environment and people-centric architecture, ideals of Mahatma Gandhi on sustainable and decentralised development and Masanobu Fukuoka’s ecological farming.

Our architecture’s aesthetics exudes a healing touch, weaving people and nature around into a vibrant community, where every day unfolds with beauty.

Over the years we have evolved from designing and building residential and institutional projects into a developer of residential communities.

GoodEarth has built over 30 residential communities serving nearly 2000 families. Spread across 60 acres and housing close to 1000 families, GoodEarth Malhar in Bengaluru is our signature project.

Over the years we have grown into a multi-disciplinary organisation whose ethos stem from holistic design, hands-on practise and responsible business.

We strive to address larger environmental and social challenges by building climate-responsive residential communities, bringing the land to its full potential by reviving the soil and ecosystems through ecological restoration and regenerative agriculture.

Today, GoodEarth is trying to address larger issues such as climate change, desertification and disaster mitigation through holistic design and management of large watersheds based on geological and climate studies.

Our goal, thus, is to inspire change in the way people live through our sustained efforts.
